I am again remembering the advantages of a childhood activity. Skipping - no not skipping school or skipping appointments but the happy hippity hopping!
Picking up our feet high and swinging our arms in motion is an automatic smile maker. There is a freeness and exhilerating expression of releasing joy when skipping.
