We have a legislative issue currently under review and process here in Idaho.
It has passed the Senate and going to House soon. It changes a law passed previously that was hard fought and placed in integrity. It is being dissolved in controversy and unforeseen circumstances. SB 1425, if passed, has some good benefit in that there would be more overseeing of a Board. But, there are long reaching downpoints. There needs to be diligence and due awareness within the Natural Health community, practitioners and consumers alike. This not only affects Idaho, but there are similiar actions and authorities in all States. Organizations such as the Idaho Coaltion of Natural Health, a Chapter of a national organization is of great benefit to those that want to continue to have choices in their own health care. There are many groups that have this common cause. Seek out a local group in your area, watch the Legislative Websites of your area, be in the know! If action is needed, be there and assist in keeping Health Freedoms!
