Has something you resisted ever ended up being for the best?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 24, 2008:
There is always the question - Is this Best? Best for what, where, when and why is probably the real question! What is better .. just different or new and improved? I wonder that during a commercial statement - why is there always the spurring to make something new and improved? What makes them think that perhaps what they have is just what is needed? That again brings about the question .. what is best!!
It can also be a matter that it is a piece of the whole puzzle picture ... doesn't make sense sitting by itself but needs to be put into place to make the adjoining pieces hold together!
